Description

The caterpillar of The Miller is of a very pale green color, almost entirely concealed under an extreme hairiness. It is covered with very long, silky and flexible hairs, either white or yellow, all curved and oriented towards the rear. On the dorsal abdominal segments, a few isolated black hairs, which are stiffer, stand up vertically. The head is small and of a yellowish-green color.
